This role seeks an internally focused AI Specialist to discover and implement AI advancements, helping teams work smarter. The specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify challenges and methodically test AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hutton leaders to align AI initiatives with company strategy and objectives
- Analyze operations across all service offerings and regions to identify pain points and productivity opportunities
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design, pilot, and evaluate AI solutions for measurable impact
- Measure results and determine scalability, adjusting strategies as needed
- Assess, mitigate, and educate teammates about AI risks, ensuring responsible implementation and compliance
