AI Solutions Product Manager

About This Role

This role drives the adoption of AI solutions across various Funko departments by identifying opportunities, building, configuring, and deploying AI tools, particularly using ChatGPT Enterprise, and ensuring their successful integration into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI initiative portfolio, including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of AI use cases
• Act as Funko’s internal expert on ChatGPT Enterprise, building and maintaining Custom GPTs aligned to business workflows
• Design, document, and deliver AI playbooks, prompts, templates, and best practices
• Partner with Legal, Security, Brand, HR, and IT to ensure safe, compliant, and brand-appropriate AI usage
• Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and training to upskill teams on effective and responsible AI use
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Digital leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered solutions using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity
• Measure and communicate the impact of AI initiatives using clear business metrics
• Evaluate, select, and manage AI vendors and platforms
• Report regularly to senior leadership on AI adoption, impact, risks, and roadmap

Requirements

• Proven experience driving adoption of new technologies or platforms with strong change management and enablement
• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT Enterprise, including creating and managing Custom GPTs for real-world business use cases
• Practical experience working with multiple AI tools and models (e.g., Claude, Grok, Perplexity)
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear AI-powered solutions with measurable results
• Excellent communication skills, explaining AI concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Legal, Security, HR, and Brand teams
• High level of curiosity and intrinsic motivation for applied AI
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Expert Prompt Engineer: designing, testing, and refining high-quality prompts and prompt frameworks

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving adoption of new technologies or platforms across a business, with a strong emphasis on change management and enablement.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI initiatives in eCommerce, digital platforms, or consumer brands
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and AI evaluation methods
• Exposure to workflow automation tools and integration
• Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments
