About This Role

This role is for an AI-Native Growth Lead to build and scale the growth engine for a fractional CFO services firm, focusing on pipeline generation, strategic partnerships, and leveraging AI for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own the systems that generate qualified opportunities for pipeline and demand generation
  • Develop larger relationships with investor groups, family offices, and PE portfolios
  • Turn vendor and partner relationships into growth partners
  • Experiment with channels, messaging, and approaches with clear theses and measurable outcomes
  • Utilize AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and internal AI platforms for AI-native operations

Requirements

  • 7-15+ years in growth, GTM, or revenue leadership
  • Investor, operator, or CFO experience; understanding finance from the inside
  • Experience scaling a growth function or making progress in a complex environment
  • Inventive and rigorous approach to experimentation with a clear thesis
  • Daily use of AI to increase speed and leverage

Qualifications

  • 7-15+ years in growth, GTM, or revenue leadership, with experience in investor, operator, or CFO roles.
