About This Role

This role involves automating high-stakes workflows for enterprise teams in document-heavy domains using AI. You will own implementations end-to-end, develop features directly with customers, and integrate customizations into the core product.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations end-to-end: scope requirements, map workflows, and deploy AI automations in production
• Build with users: prototype features alongside customer teams; integrate what works into the core platform
• Ship fast, iterate faster through tight loops from discovery to launch and refinement
• Raise the bar on reliability & compliance: document clearly; communicate trade-offs across technical/non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years post-grad in fast-moving engineering environments
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Clear, concise technical documentation and cross-team communication
• Comfort working directly with customers through evolving scopes and multiple iterations
• Willing to work on-site in San Francisco (5 days/week)
