After-school Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise students in an after-school program, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while overseeing engaging activities near Chapel Hill, NC. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and supportive environment for students after school hours
• Oversee and coordinate various activities to keep students engaged in enriching and age-appropriate activities
• Actively monitor students' behavior and ensure compliance with program rules and policies
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a group of students
• Genuine interest in the well-being and development of young individuals
• Love of working with children
• Ability to follow directions
• Passion for helping others
• Experienced Sitter

Qualifications

• Attending/Graduated College
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
