After-Sales Service Engineer (HVAC)

About This Role

Support customers in California and Texas by handling on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for HVAC/air conditioning systems. Ensure fast response times and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/air conditioning systems on customer sites; restore equipment to normal operation promptly and safely
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system checks to prevent failures and reduce downtime
• Complete service reports clearly and accurately (symptoms, root cause, corrective actions, parts replaced)
• Coordinate with HQ in China for technical escalation, parts/resources, and field feedback to support product improvement
• Provide customer technical guidance/training and build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Degree or certification in HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Solid field service experience
• Able to use diagnostic tools and complete repairs independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel for on-site service
• Strong ownership, customer service mindset, and communication skills
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) only

• Solid field service experience
