After-Hours Charter Sales Consultant

About This Role

Serve as an After-Hours Charter Sales Consultant, building and maintaining relationships with cargo operators and customers to meet sales targets and ensure repeat business in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing the full charter booking cycle, from inquiry to completion, during evening and overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft for customer solutions
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Work to sales targets meeting financial objectives
• Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process
• Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion
• Receive inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
• Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
• Oversee flight departures during unsociable hours

Requirements

• Comfortable working evening/overnight hours
• Proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service
• Ability to foster long-lasting client relationships
• Confidence and strong phone etiquette
• Pro-active and self-starter
• High attention to detail
• Team player and coachable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
