Serve as an After-Hours Charter Sales Consultant, building and maintaining relationships with cargo operators and customers to meet sales targets and ensure repeat business in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing the full charter booking cycle, from inquiry to completion, during evening and overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft for customer solutions
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Work to sales targets meeting financial objectives
- Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process
- Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion
- Receive inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
- Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
- Oversee flight departures during unsociable hours
Requirements
- Comfortable working evening/overnight hours
- Proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service
- Ability to foster long-lasting client relationships
- Confidence and strong phone etiquette
- Pro-active and self-starter
- High attention to detail
- Team player and coachable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
