This role involves presenting and promoting aesthetics products and services to potential clients, identifying customer characteristics, and managing sales targets within a specific territory. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with internal sales teams to achieve quotas.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress
- Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
- Identify local business opportunities and challenges
- Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet sales quotas
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
- Cross-sell products, when appropriate
- Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers to understand business objectives and needs
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
- Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand, and competitors
- Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal policies
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Clearance of favorable background investigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management or related field
