Join a luxury medical practice as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant, responsible for meeting sales goals and ensuring patient satisfaction by connecting with clients and recommending suitable medical aesthetic services.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey

Requirements

• 5 years of consultative sales experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients on a personal level
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Experience using a CRM tool
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work weekends as required by business needs

Qualifications

• 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services

Nice to Have

• Salesforce experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
