About This Role

This role is responsible for accurately greeting and registering all incoming patients and their representatives, ensuring all necessary information for admission is recorded while maintaining confidentiality. This position plays a crucial role in the operational efficiency of healthcare services delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register all incoming patients and their representatives
• Ensure necessary information required for admission is accurately recorded
• Process patient admissions while maintaining confidentiality within HIPPA guidelines
• Handle demands of a dynamic healthcare environment

Requirements

• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care
• Computer proficiency (word processing and patient accounting system)
• HIPPA and PCI Compliance

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred. Comprehensive understanding of intricacies involved in patient admission.

• Accurate interpretation and translation in a bilingual targeted language
