This role is responsible for providing administrative support within the Risk Management Department, focusing on fleet management, various audits, and reporting functions. The specialist will help fulfill the mission of delivering compassionate care and improving communities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update fleet lists and vehicle information in electronic systems (Fleets & WEX)
- Oversee fleet maintenance for all company vehicles, including emergency repair and tracking vendor services
- Process motor vehicle reports, maintenance, and vehicle fuel invoices monthly
- Track and trend fleet inspection results and audit fleet mileage
- Manage gas card orders and cancellations, and obtain fuel pins for authorized drivers
- Produce requested fleet reports, including utilization reports
- Provide NEO Risk management training for Administration
- Act as backup for the Administrative Safety Representative
- Complete records releases for Quality of Care concerns
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist in monitoring and assigning tickets for the Risk Management Helpdesk
- Assist in IR follow-ups and backup reporting as needed
- Collaborate with the team to produce reports, including Excel spreadsheets and charts
- Travel to Northern Arizona sites quarterly for onsite inspections/technical assistance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient computer software skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Graphics/Charts, internet searches)
- Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligibility to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field, business or related field preferred
- 1 year of Risk Management experience is great but not required
