Perform diverse clerical, administrative, and general office duties, including typing, records maintenance, and telephone reception, supporting the department's operational flow.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records, following up on pending matters
- Receive and screen telephone calls, letters, and visitors, providing routine information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences
- Prepare routine letters and memoranda for review
- Assist in preparing regular reports, gathering and summarizing data
- Produce correspondence, reports, and presentations using appropriate software
- Communicate and coordinate information with various individuals and departments
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Ability to read/write and interpret documents
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant experience
