About This Role

Perform diverse clerical, administrative, and general office duties, including typing, records maintenance, and telephone reception, supporting the department's operational flow.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records, following up on pending matters
  • Receive and screen telephone calls, letters, and visitors, providing routine information
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences
  • Prepare routine letters and memoranda for review
  • Assist in preparing regular reports, gathering and summarizing data
  • Produce correspondence, reports, and presentations using appropriate software
  • Communicate and coordinate information with various individuals and departments

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Ability to read/write and interpret documents

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Associates Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent
  • 1-3 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Associates Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent
  • Warehouse experience
  • Logistics experience
