About This Role

This full-time Administrative Analyst role entails performing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining internal processes, assisting with communications, and maintaining accurate case records for the medical examiner's office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain and improve internal processes
  • Assist with communications between DOMES and Funeral Directors
  • Maintain case records
  • Ensure efficient operation of workflows
  • Maintain accurate and organized records

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of three years of applicable work experience
  • Valid Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of three years of applicable work experience.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with five years of applicable experience
  • Training in Records Management for Florida public law enforcement agencies
  • Florida Certified Records Manager (FCRM)
  • Bilingual proficiency
