This full-time Administrative Analyst role entails performing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining internal processes, assisting with communications, and maintaining accurate case records for the medical examiner's office.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain and improve internal processes
- Assist with communications between DOMES and Funeral Directors
- Maintain case records
- Ensure efficient operation of workflows
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years of applicable work experience
- Valid Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years of applicable work experience.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with five years of applicable experience
- Training in Records Management for Florida public law enforcement agencies
- Florida Certified Records Manager (FCRM)
- Bilingual proficiency
