About This Role

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role in Miami, FL. The assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, communications, recordkeeping, clerical duties, and some counter sales, while supporting executive staff and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Handle scheduling
  • Manage communications
  • Organize and maintain records
  • Perform other clerical duties
  • Perform some counter sales
  • Support executive staff
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed

Requirements

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Communication and excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Effective management of Clerical Skills including filing, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar administrative tools

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred
