Adjunct Faculty, Religion - Bioethics

About This Role

Rivier University is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Religion, with a specific need for instructors specializing in bioethics, covering medical interventions and treatment options in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Teach at least one undergraduate program section, with potential for future courses in the candidate’s field
• Provide instruction with interest and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students of all levels and abilities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the division and across the University

Requirements

• An earned master’s degree in bioethics, theology or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Support the Mission of the University

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in bioethics, theology, or a related field
• Prior college teaching experience preferred
