Acura Sales Consultant

About This Role

This role is for a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Sales Associate to join a premier family-operated Acura dealership. The consultant will maintain in-depth product knowledge, consult with clients to identify needs, and facilitate the sales process from greeting to closing to ensure client satisfaction and cultivate a referral network.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current Acura inventory and emerging automotive technologies
• Utilize active listening to identify client needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight key features and performance
• Facilitate the sales process from initial greeting through closing, including price presentation and financing coordination
• Execute diligent post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and cultivate a robust referral network
• Proactively prospect for new clientele and maintain a high level of professional initiative

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license
• Driving record in good standing
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Documented history of professional achievement
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Punctual, self-motivated work ethic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Previous sales experience preferred; individuals with strong hospitality or customer service encouraged to apply
