Accounting Admin (Payroll & HR Assist)

About This Role

This Accounting Admin role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll, providing essential support for Accounts Payable functions, and assisting with various Human Resources administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely submission, review, and processing of weekly payroll
• Coordinate time collection entries for non-exempt employees for payroll processing
• Prepare and maintain payroll reporting and other payroll-related documentation
• Assist with invoice processing and maintaining online Accounts Payable files
• Support visitor coordination, including travel, conference room setup, and meal arrangements
• Handle general office administrative duties such as ordering supplies and stocking break rooms
• Scan and file documentation for both accounting and HR departments
• Maintain positive rapport with internal and external customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and support business needs

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
• Proven ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Highly effective time management, personal organization, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with multi-tasking ability
• "Results Oriented" attitude coupled with a strong sense of accountability

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience in similar duties
• 3-5 years relevant experience in similar duties
