Account Manager Trainee

About This Role

The Account Manager Trainee will manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and support smaller field accounts. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, helping professionals find solutions, demonstrating products, and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell, service, and promote the full Hilti product line directly to walk-in customers and smaller field accounts
• Create innovative ways to drive sales through merchandising and product demo efforts
• Review and analyze all shipping documents and sales trends to ensure correct inventory levels are on hand
• Post receipts, disbursements, and material returns
• Expedite customer backorders and switch to locations that meet customers’ delivery requirements
• Reconcile opening, closing, and annual physical inventories for the Hilti Store
• Audit Hilti Store cycle counts, backorders, unconfirmed orders, and manual stock status transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and storefront at all times

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

• Previous customer service and/or sales skills
• Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
