The On-Premise Account Manager drives sales, introduces new products, and builds customer relationships within their assigned territory for Pepin Distributing Company. This role focuses on executing sales strategies and optimizing on-premise product distribution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales activities for accounts in a specific territory
- Drive sales and push new products
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail customers
- Execute sales strategies and learn new on-premise product distribution methods
- Maintain company vehicle and assigned POS materials
- Track PFP/KPI/Mobility Surveys data during sales calls
- Monitor competitive activities and report marketing strategies or beverage law violations
- Develop product orders and secure distribution on brands and packages
- Educate retailers on sales promotions and execute chain programs
- Attend all required meetings, seminars, and training
Requirements
- Ability to push 300lbs dolly load and move 161lb kegs
- Ability to operate a two or four-wheel dolly
- Must be able to pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
- Ability to shift a manual transmission vehicle
- Open to learning new software
