This role involves working closely with field sales teams and ecosystem partners to identify and grow RUCKUS's business by positioning solutions for new business opportunities, primarily through telephone sales and scheduled in-field visits.
Responsibilities
- Energetically interact with field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities.
- Be the lead to see sales opportunities through to completion.
- Apply new business/project publications to qualify new business leads and forward them to the field team or ecosystem.
- Utilize RUCKUS’ internal resources for product expediting, pricing, and technical support to meet customer expectations.
- Apply CRM to manage business opportunities and for account planning.
- Implement the RUCKUS Sales Methodology.
- Identify new fields of play and new opportunities to position RUCKUS as the lead solution.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.
- Implement call out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities.
- Craft and deliver qualified opportunities.
- Maintain and grow the database via D365 and SFDC.
- Ensure follow-up with calls to action, complete profile information.
- Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or two years of sales experience
Qualifications
- A completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
- Two years of sales experience OR a completed bachelor's degree/military equivalent
