Drive new business and manage the sales cycle from prospect to close for Wix's omnichannel POS solution in the North American market, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for merchants.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Wix POS in the North American market
- Conduct product demos and discovery calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix’s omnichannel capabilities
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation to closed deals
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and be the true voice of the customer
- Work closely with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to activation
- Stay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS Sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A hunter's mentality and a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs
- Excellent project management and organization skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and thriving in an ever-changing environment
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS Sales, with a preference for a Point of Sale or payments background
