Account Executive - End User Sales

About This Role

This Account Executive role focuses on end-user sales within the Dock & Door Industry, providing proactive maintenance and equipment solutions to reduce customer downtime. The position requires generating new opportunities, building relationships with operations managers, and conducting site surveys to improve customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the end user sales side of the business focusing on the Dock & Door Industry
• Identify and prospect new sales opportunities within an assigned territory
• Develop meaningful relationships with Operations Managers at manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers
• Conduct site surveys to identify equipment sales opportunities and improve customer operations
• Educate customers and prospects on products and services offered
• Partner with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities
• Customize the sales experience for each customer
• Sell ROI (return on investment) to customers

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct business-to-business sales experience
• Ability to demonstrate cold calling techniques and prospecting
• Expert communicator
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of direct business-to-business sales experience, especially in commercial, building, industrial, or similar settings.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge or previous experience in Dock/Door or Industrial sales
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
