This role is responsible for supporting the account team by completing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service, adhering to established industry and company guidelines. This position focuses on accuracy in handling client and policy data, managing communications, and processing payments to prevent errors.
Responsibilities
- Process Endorsements: Accurately update management systems as required
- Manage email and fax correspondence efficiently
- Manage cancellations and reinstatements effectively
- Prepare proofs of insurance promptly and accurately
- Monitor Suspense Reports diligently
- Process client payments via various carrier portals
- Download and distribute carrier notifications to appropriate team members
- Provide assistance to team members and department as required
- Maintain frequent and transparent communication with supervisor regarding obstacles and issues affecting performance
- Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- High accuracy in handling large work volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
