About This Role

This role supports the account team for personal lines by completing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include data entry, policy review, managing client communications and payments, and issuing proofs of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately update management systems by processing endorsements
  • Manage email and fax correspondence efficiently
  • Manage cancellations and reinstatements effectively for policy changes
  • Prepare proof of insurance promptly and accurately
  • Monitor Suspense Reports diligently
  • Process client payments via various carrier portals
  • Download and distribute carrier notifications to appropriate team members
  • Provide assistance to team members and department as required
  • Maintain frequent and transparent communication with supervisor regarding obstacles and issues
  • Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • High accuracy in handling large work volumes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Qualifications

  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
