This role supports the account team for personal lines by completing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include data entry, policy review, managing client communications and payments, and issuing proofs of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Accurately update management systems by processing endorsements
- Manage email and fax correspondence efficiently
- Manage cancellations and reinstatements effectively for policy changes
- Prepare proof of insurance promptly and accurately
- Monitor Suspense Reports diligently
- Process client payments via various carrier portals
- Download and distribute carrier notifications to appropriate team members
- Provide assistance to team members and department as required
- Maintain frequent and transparent communication with supervisor regarding obstacles and issues
- Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- High accuracy in handling large work volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
