Accelerated Management Program Associate – Business Leadership

About This Role

Join a twelve-month Accelerated Management Program focusing on Branch Operations and Outside Sales. This program provides hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in product, operations, and customer relations to prepare you for a leadership role within the company.

Responsibilities

• Work face-to-face with customers in Counter Sales, gaining product knowledge and learning systems and processes
• Gain hands-on experience with products through Warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving materials
• Develop daily skills for a successful Branch leader role in Inside/Showroom Sales, building customer and sales force relationships
• Develop leadership skills and provide accurate pricing and inventory information
• Help drive business development and prospecting with training into outside sales for a designated territory
• Manage customer priorities, meeting demands for quick response times, on-site solutions, and on-time delivery
• Focus on new business development and meeting sales goals
• Build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales (or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make informed and timely decisions
• Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Effective negotiation skills to manage contracts, partnerships, and conflict resolution
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected challenges
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP systems
• Ability to understand and manage budgets, financial statements, and cost analysis
• Understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA (overall and major)
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future
