Lead and manage the fresh food counter team, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service for a REWE store.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team on an equal footing, setting an example and implementing the national sales concept
- Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene regulations
- Engage customers with appealing product displays, competent advice, and courteous service
- Independently implement sales-promoting measures
- Manage cost and revenue development, regular inventories, merchandise planning, pricing, and merchandise flow
Requirements
- Completed professional training, preferably in food retail, or initial professional and leadership experience in baked goods or self-service fresh counter areas
- Sound product knowledge and high awareness of freshness and quality
- Solution-oriented and results-driven work approach with commitment to tasks, structured and conscientious
- Team spirit, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift system (Monday-Friday 05:00-22:00, Saturday 05:00-20:00)

- Completed professional training, preferably in food retail
