As a Case Supervisor at Alora Behavioral Health, you will empower individuals, support families, and create meaningful change by providing life-changing support to children and families across Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Support and supervise Behavior Technicians, providing coaching and guidance
- Work with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25
- Help develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans
- Work closely with parents to ensure effective communication and training
- Maintain compliance and collaborate with funding sources
- Play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Requirements
- MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
- Valid driver's licenses
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
- Successfully pass TB tests
- Successfully pass Pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty exam
- Have or receive immunities to MMR/Varicella during onboarding
Qualifications
- MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
