Enterprise Information Services (EIS) is a state government-wide information technology (IT) organization led by Oregon’s State Chief Information Officer (CIO). EIS provides centralized oversight for enterprise-wide IT resource management, planning, policy, program development, project delivery and the establishment and maintenance of statewide IT standards.
